Founded in 1996, the Cardiff and Vale Coalition of Disabled People (CVCDP) is the only democratically elected representative body of disabled people in the Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan County Council areas. We promote equality; we support the full rights for, and inclusion of, all disabled people in the community.We are actively opposed to all forms of discrimination, and work to empower disabled people to be in control of their own lives.
