Sense International is the only UK based charity working with deafblind children and adults in developing countries. Our priority projects are in India, Romania, Latin America and East Africa. In 2000 we were voted the International Charity of the Year in view of the way we 'tackled the enormity of the challenge to develop services from virtually nothing in such a cost-effective way'.
