The provision of facilities in Guildford through recreation and other leisure time occupation for physically and mentally handicapped children including those handicaps of vision, maladjustment, hearing and perception, being facilities of which these children may have need by reason of their youth, social and economic circumstances and their handicaps. To evolve, establish, develop and maintain an adventure playground, especially designed to give enjoyment as well as sensory motion training to the handicapped which will attempt to improve the quality of life for such children by promoting their physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
