Parish ministry throughout Scotland, chaplaincies, caring for the elderly and the most vulnerable in society, teaching on social and ethical issues, helping children and young people grow in the Christian faith, supporting the teaching of religious education in schools, ecumenical relationships with other churches, involvement in the world church through mission partners in many countries - these are some aspects of the work of the church of Scotland.
