Hft is a national charity providing local support for people with learning disabilities and their families. Our creative and resourceful approach supports individuals to make choices about their life they want. People with learning disabilities and their families talk to us about all types of support. Working together we find the best individual solutions. Our flexible approach means we can offer the right support from as little as two hours a week to twenty four hours a day. We work with over 1,000 people with learning disabilities across the UK and 4,000 family carers through our Family Carer Support Service
