To provide recreation for the ex-service disabled nation-wide - by supplying TV sets and licences, funding holidays, arranging outings and concerts - things most of us take for granted - something to which they can look forward. Priority is given to war pensioners, the severely handicapped and those who can no longer get out and about - those who made such great sacrifices for the nation and who are now elderly, infirm, often poor and sometimes lonely.
