Comradeship embodies all that RAFA, the Royal Air Forces association stands for - friendship, support, unity and much more. Founded in 1943, the RAFA provides comradeship and welfare support to all serving and ex-serving RAF personnel and their dependants, the demand for their welfare service is rising due to and increasingly dependent ex-RAF world war II generation. A wide range of care is provided including full-time residential nursing care, convalescent and respite care and community care at home.
